Camp Grace is built on the generosity of volunteers who give their time, talents, and hearts to serve. Whether you are joining a mission team, helping with service projects, or supporting behind the scenes, your involvement makes an eternal impact on the lives of kids and families.
Mission Teams
Mission teams are the backbone of what we do at Camp Grace. Churches, youth groups, and organizations come together to serve campers throughout the summer and beyond. Teams assist with everything from leading activities and mentoring campers to helping with facility maintenance and meal prep.
Whether your team has five people or fifty, there is a meaningful role for everyone. Mission teams leave camp changed—having experienced the joy of serving others and watching God move in the lives of kids.
Counselors in Training
Our Counselors in Training (CIT) program is designed for high school students who want to develop their leadership skills while serving at camp. CITs shadow experienced counselors, assist with activities, and build meaningful relationships with campers.
This program is an incredible opportunity for young leaders to grow in their faith, gain real-world experience, and discover the joy of pouring into the lives of others.
Service Projects
There is always something to build, fix, or improve at Camp Grace. Service project volunteers help with everything from painting cabins and clearing trails to building new structures and landscaping the grounds.
These hands-on projects are perfect for groups looking to make a tangible difference. Every nail hammered and every coat of paint helps create a place where kids can encounter the love of Christ.
Nurses
Volunteer nurses play a vital role in keeping our campers safe and healthy throughout the week. From managing medications to handling minor injuries and providing peace of mind to parents, our medical volunteers are essential to camp operations.
If you are a licensed nurse or medical professional looking for a meaningful way to use your skills, we would love to have you join us for a week of camp.
Snack Team
Our snack team volunteers serve campers and staff with snacks, drinks, and encouragement throughout the week. It is one of the most relational roles at camp—providing a warm smile and a cold drink at just the right moment.
No special skills required, just a heart to serve and a willingness to show up. The snack team is a great way for individuals or small groups to get involved at Camp Grace.
